Redlands Senior Photographer: Emily

I first met Emily nearly 8 years ago when Lysander and I were directing a children’s choir at a local church.  Let me just tell you, that feels about a million miles away from our life today! We had so much free time, I don’t even know what we did with it all!  I’m friends with Emily’s mom, Katie, and I had asked if her girls wanted to be in our choir.  We loved having them and I’ve loved watching the girl grow up into awesome young adults.

Emily is headed to University of Redlands next year (yahoo! Go Bulldogs!) and we squeezed in a last minute senior session last week at Prospect Park. Thank goodness we did because all these blossoms are gone now.  Sigh. The fickle Southern California weather hasn’t helped things this past month. Emily will be entering Johnston College, a college on the U of R campus where you can create your own major.  There are big things ahead for Emily and like with so many of my seniors, I have a feeling this one is going to shake things up and change the world. Congrats Em!
